Tired of boring old yellow pasta? Wanna spice up your regular pasta nights with a pop of color? Join us at Browns Kitchen for an introduction to colorful pasta! Chris Tarquinio will show you how to make Paglia e Fieno (Straw and Hay pasta). Chris will demonstrate how to turn spinach and carrots into green and orange pasta. Recipes will be provided for other colors of pasta. Pasta will be served with a traditional sauce consisting of sauteed onions in olive oil and butter with peas and prosciutto cotto.
